Every Friday during football season (home or away), the band offers the opportunity to order a sandwich dinner. New for this year, we will be ordering from Jersey Mikes. They donate 10% of the sales to Pope Band!
The meals will be brought to the school and will be ready and waiting for your student between 4-5 pm. Your CUSTOM orders will be placed and paid for ONLINE. Please keep the email receipt and send a copy to your student, just in case there are any issues. THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO RESOLVE PROBLEMS WITH ORDERS.
To ensure delivery, your order must be placed each game week by Thursday at 8:45pm! NO EXCEPTIONS!
You may order a sandwich, chips, cookies and brownies. NO DRINKS! Thank you for your cooperation.
Carefully follow the directions below.
ORDERING PROCEDURE:
1. Click on the link to access the Jersey Mike’s East Cobb (Marietta) order website.
2. Store information will be displayed on the left side of the screen and should say: Jersey Mike’s Marietta 4400 Roswell Rd. Marietta, GA 30062
3. Click the “In Store Pickup” button that is below the store information.
4. Place your order by clicking on the Sub Type you would like and from there, you will be able to choose the size, bread type, toppings and any other customization you would like. Please only choose from the COLD SUB menu. Please do not choose a sub from the HOT SUB menu as we do not have a way to keep them hot.
5. In the box that says “Who’s this for?”, please type the STUDENTS NAME and then POPE BAND. (i.e. John Doe, Pope Band). This is a very important step so that the bags can be labeled properly.
6. Click the “Add to Order” button when done.
7. This will take you to the “MY ORDER” screen. In the top right underneath “WHEN”, please select “Tomorrow” and “10:15am”. No matter when the order is placed during the week, please choose “Tomorrow” and “10:15am”. As long as POPE BAND is listed as instructed in Step 5, the store will know not to make the order until Friday.
8. If you would like to add chips, cookies or brownies to the order, click the “+ Add Item” button.
9. This will take you back to the order screen where you can click on the “SIDES, DRINKS & DESSERTS” tab.
10. From here, you will be able to add Chips, Cookies or Brownies. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANY DRINKS.
11. Once everything has been ordered, click the “Checkout” button.
12. Enter your name, phone number and email (be sure to enter your email so that you get a receipt).
13. Next page will be the “Checkout” screen. Please enter credit card information and click “Place Order”.
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
● We do not have access to your individual orders. You should keep a copy of the order receipt each time you order so we can clear up any problems. THIS WILL BE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. WE DO NOT SEE THE ORDERS AND HAVE NO WAY TO CONFIRM THEM.
● Please remember to place your order by Thursday at 8:45 pm on the weeks you would like Friday dinner; you will need to place a new order each week.
● All orders must include your Child's Name and Pope Band in the “Who’s this for?” Box.
